Back Again!

Well, here I am again! It's been such a hectic year so far! I've managed to snatch a promotion - to Assistant Headteacher! The time available for doodling has seriously diminished! However, I have picked up a new camera, and some new pens! I'll post the next doodle as soon as it's done! It's along the theme of 'rising stars', which reflects how I am viewing my work life at the moment!

My camera died!

I have been so busy doodling. I can't seem to stop! I do it when I am drinking tea, having dinner, chatting to friends, learning on a course. I even found myself taking it into the bath with me! Maybe someone could invent a waterproof doodle pad?!

So off I went to photograph my doodles, in light of my new promise to myself to keep the blog updated! It turns out my camera isn't as enthusiastic as I am about my doodling! No matter how hard I pleaded with it, it just won't work. So it's off to the shops we go in search of a new one! All suggestions welcome. As long as it's a make which appreciates the efforts I put into my work.

I wonder if cameras have a 'doodle' rating?

Doodle Time

Hi folks,

I've done a mini doodle, which I'll post later today. I find I am starting doodles and then moving on to the next before they are finished. I've got so many ideas I want to get the basics down before I forget them! I've had a couple of orders and am working hard on them.

Doodle Power!

Well, here it is. My first ever doodle blog! I don't know much about blogging. But I do know something about doodling. It's great! Just google 'doodle' on google images and you can see some of the amazing artwork already out there. With the addition of the google doodle and national doodle day for epilepsy awareness, doodling has had it's profile raised. That can only be a good thing!

I am gonna aim to post my doodles here as and when they are completed.
